Regarding lost mails

hello dears!
just wanna share with you girls a lost mail experience i had lately.

this customer said her parcel didnt reach her after a week.
so i gave her my return address & ask her to check with the post office at her house area,
describe to her about the parcel.
AND SHE MANAGED TO RETRIEVED IT BACK FROM THE POST OFFICE!

just to let you girls know too,
even for normal mails,
SOMETIMES,
they issue notification slips due to some reason.
your mailbox not big enough / your mailbox is full.
HENCE,
pls lookout for singpost notification slips if you didnt receive your parcel within 3 working days after we replied and said we post it out :)

heading over to the singpost really helps alot to retrieve back those undelivered mails.
